Description of Services

FindContentGaps is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by Ian Naude, trading as FindContentGaps (SEOPEAKS). The platform connects to a user's Google Search Console account (read-only) and uses AI to identify content gaps, prioritise content opportunities, forecast traffic, and generate content briefs and drafts — delivered via a web-based subscription service.

Delivery Policy

FindContentGaps is a digital service. Upon receipt of a successful payment, access to the corresponding plan is granted immediately and confirmed via email to the address provided at registration. No physical goods or courier services are involved. During the free trial period, access is granted immediately upon account creation with no payment required.

Availability

FindContentGaps is a digital service available to clients internationally. All pricing is displayed in South African Rand (ZAR); international cards are accepted and charged in ZAR by the cardholder's bank at the prevailing exchange rate.

Returns and Refunds Policy

As FindContentGaps is a digital subscription service, all payments are non-refundable once processed. Where FindContentGaps is unable to provide the service due to system failure or unavailability on our side, clients will be refunded in full within 30 days. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time — see our Cancellation Policy for full details. No administration fee is charged for cancellations.

Customer Privacy Policy

Ian Naude, trading as FindContentGaps, shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “Personal Information” shall be defined as detailed in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We collect only the information necessary to provide the service, request read-only access to Google Search Console data, and will never sell your data. See our full Privacy Policy. Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express cards. All payments are processed securely through Payfast by Network. Recurring monthly subscription payments are processed automatically via Payfast's recurring billing system.

Card Payment Processing

Card transactions will be acquired for Ian Naude, trading as FindContentGaps, via Payfast by Network who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast by Network uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no card details are stored on this website. Users may go to https://payfast.io/ to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by Ian Naude, trading as FindContentGaps, separately from card details, which are entered by the client on Payfast by Network's secure site. For more details on Payfast by Network refer to www.payfast.io.

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

Ian Naude, trading as FindContentGaps, takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the provision of the software services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and ongoing platform availability.

Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. Ian Naude, trading as FindContentGaps, chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature: 5 Gerrits Street, Bothasig, Cape Town, South Africa.

Variation

Ian Naude, trading as FindContentGaps, may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
